Story: The world's top bodyguard gets a new client, a hit man who must testify at the International Court of Justice. They must put their differences aside and work together to make it to the trial on time as they hunted down but Russian Hitmen.

Likes: What happens when you put a top straight edge bodyguard with an assassin that doesn't care about anything but his wife? you get a mixed match comedy duo that is pretty funny with some hilarious moments that even had the audience was laughing at.

Although this film does have something that pulls's the story down slightly this is genuinely funny film, although this film might not be to everyone liking as this film has had mixed reviews it is worth watching.

There is chemistry between Ryan Reynolds and Samuel L. Jackson through this film as the banter fly's between them, Samuel being his usual self which does become this typical stereotype like he has been in other films he starred in but with Ryan, it works.
There are some pretty funny moments between these two as the story progresses, though I do feel the writing on Ryan character should've been given more leeway because I feel he character was slightly held back a little but still as always brilliant acting.

Action side of the film is great for its car and motorcycle stunt work along the Amsterdam Canal, there were some pretty intense close moments with the action scenes, the team behind this film's stunt work definitely drew some influence from movies like John Wick and Jason Bourne for both the combat scenes and the chase scenes which add some flair to the action.

Gary Oldman does what he does best when playing the villain and his brilliant at it, special in this film sound that he will go to any length to silence the witness, which give the film this Tinker, Tailor Soldier, spy feel. When it comes to the comedy side of the film, the one thing that stands out although her scene we're kind of short but she give a performance that is damn right Hilarious.

The absolutely beautiful and gorgeous Salma Hayek was the highlight of this film give the audience one hell of a laugh in every scene she's done for this movie, she is damn right Hilarious giving off this woman that has this no holes bard don't mess her attitude. Special to the way she talking giving this straight up attitude not giving a damn what she said getting in people face's is the funniest part of this film.

All in all, this is a not a perfect film as there are flaws in this film, but it well worth checking out for its funny moments as some time it comes this over top comedy but the way this film is done it works, unlike some other films that have tried this.

But ya I recommend watching this film if you a fan of Ryan Reynolds and Samuel L. Jackson, some great acting, good action scene and hilarious moments.

Dislikes :  (Main flaw) is the film's pacing which I did find it a little off as the film felt like it was running too long which does slightly drag the film down.

(Second flaw) Is Ryan character which I did find a little held back, I feel Ryan should've of had more leeway with the character to match Samuel L. Jackson humour, I think the film would've had been a lot more funnier moment.

Overall: Great action, Salma Hayek is the highlight of the film, Great funny moments.

Rating: 5 out of 5 for Entertainment / 7.9 out of 10 for Concept.
