Story: In an underworld of weapons dealers and traffickers, a young boy becomes the pawn in a war between notorious drug lords. Trapped by kidnappers inside one of the world's most impenetrable cities, his rescue beckons the unparalleled skill of a mercenary named Tyler Rake, but Rake is a broken man with nothing to lose, harboring a death wish that makes an already deadly mission near impossible.

Likes: Going into this film i knew what to expect with the nature of the film from the trailer alone, but is it any good? Hell yes this film is good Chris Hemworth brings a john wick, black hawk down taken style action film with amazing Cinematography and great direction.

Now ive seen alot of reviews saying that Chris performance in this film is a little one dimensional which to be fair is their opinion, but i dont see that with his character that he playing. Chris is playing ex Retrieval Black ops solider called Tyler Rake that clear shows signs of PTSD, seem broken mentally as he doesn't seem to care if he lives or dies like hes a man on the edge over the death his son.

Its actually this that gives his character this no wholes bar fight to the death no matter what the cost to his own life, it come cross like this throughout the film, especial in his fight scene that look like they straight out of a john wick movie which give this film the action entertainment as this man is just take out these guy left right and centre.

While the film story has been slightly done before with some similar theme like the kidnapping, the film does have the edge when it come to the action and camera work, especial with the way the camera in a chase scene goes from out side a moving car to the inside of the car in the smooth transition was amazing camera work for this film.

Film does giving this Black hawk down vibe as the gun battles go from street to street build to build with some of the most Brutal fighting since john wick, as Tyler Desperately tryed to get Ovi Mahajan to a Extraction point but as you would expect in films like this nothing always goes to plan.

The story is easy to follow like i said Chris play a broken man hired to extracted a drug lord son from a revival powerful drug lord who has kidnap his revival son in some turf war it become this fight for survival of the kid and him self to get him to extraction point while he being hunted down by the military police and drug lord gang members so you can kind of guess the nature of the film.

Is this worth watching yes if you love the brutal action style films but if you not in to violence and the brutality side of action film then this may not be a film for you, but Chris is amazing in this film and give full range to go all out balls to wall brutal with the fighting. So this is a film i highly recommend if you havent watch it yet on Netflix.

Dislikes: My only real complaint really is its wasnt really explained what happen to his son, i think if the film gave a more of a explanation we would understand Tyler more in the film, other than that the film is  amazing with it action.

Overall: Great action scenes, amazing Cinematography, great acting, solid casting, pretty straight forward easy to understand film minus the slight flaws

Rating: 5 out of 5 for Entertainment / 8.8 out of 10 for Story.
