Likes: Right im not gonna beat around the bush, this isnt a film thats gonna win any oscars, while the film does have it moments where film does get scary but kind of lack in certain area. That said the film is very creepy and pretty frightening in most parts, with a psychological and emotional aspects intertwined within the scares to give it that extra depth.

While using technology theme to give pretty creepy moments, especial with the face apps everyone uses these days it can become very frightening. Its this element of the film that will creep you out, especial next time you're using a face apps when what happens in the film happens to you, you're be reminded of this film giving you chills.

The weird thing is for a horror film its does have this uplift element, which is executed pretty well through the film, while the film tries to frighten you, this is giving with a well round performance from the cast especial the child with Autism played by Azhy Robertson who play it very well.

Especial from Gillian Jacobs who does a amazing acting playing a scared mother just trying to keep her son safe, from something weird going on. The film itself give off a poltergeist style with element like the film They and Babadook, especial with the creature element of the film giving a very unnerving and unsettling moments throughout the film that would be frightening for any parent to go through.

The other thing with this film also is it shows that a mother's love is stronger, give a creepy but heartfelt emotional ending with a good twist. while i would say that this film is good, there are a few things that let it down, but it's a worthwhile film to watch.

Dislikes: The Only issue with the films is there is no background to where the story came from on the tablet, other that it just suddenly appeared which i feel is a bit of  a flaw while the actually story does explain what it wants.  I feel this could've been explain better giving the app story a bit of back ground would have made it more frightening.

Overall: Dark, emotional, pretty frightening in areas.

Rating: 5 out of 5 for Entertainment / 7.7 out of 10 for creepy story
