Likes: Smile Is it any good? If you're into highly disturbing psychological horror films then yes, but be warned don't watch this if you have a heart condition because the film will not only Chill you to the bone with highly disturbing scenes; the Truly frightening way the jump scares are will get you they are no joke.

The thing with a lot of horror films is they use cheap jump scares with sound or music to frighten the Audience, whereas in this film the jump scares are natural and come with moments that will make your heart pound in fear. While most movies take their time to show any scary moments this film Absolutely throws it in your face with the most Highly disturbing moment that sets the tone for the rest of the film.

The acting was impeccable with some solid second characters in the background, really adding a believable main character thinking she is going insane, while the audience is shown what really happened; put you in her shoes which gives you shivers down the spine, Especial when moment thought film gets dark, they truly get dark in a Psychological supernatural way that stays with you long after the movie finished.

For the First time Writer/director Parker Finn has impressed me but not just making a Horror truly frightening in a highly disturbing and psychological way, he gives you this feeling of being claustrophobic and helpless against something so dark and evil that makes you want to scream in pure terror.

Would I recommend this Yes because it's a great blend of psychological horror, that will make you fear the dark!

Dislikes: I feel the pacing is a little slow, but I just it needed to flesh out the character more, While the Demon's name and origins weren't explained, maybe it was for the best because it add the fear factor

Overall: claustrophobic feeling, Psychological moment that will stay with you after the film, Dark and evil, highly disturbing film.

Rating: 5 out of 5 for entertainment / 8.5 out of 10 for the concept
