Violence & Gore:Moderate portrayals of violence with some detail are depicted, but justified by context. Portrayals of violence also include some infliction of pain and injury but are never detailed, intense or prolonged.
The violence in the film comprises mainly of fantasy action sequences in the context of battles between the protagonists and their enemies.
Most of these scenes involve exchanges of gunfire, and numerous explosions.
Some of the stronger scenes of violence include a man being stabbed in the back with a dagger; a scene where a man slashes the neck of a large beast with blood seen spurting, and one where a man is shot in the back, with the bullet impact seen through his chest.
In another scene, a character's arm is engulfed in flames as he is unable to control the magic power unleashed upon him.

Frightening/Intense Scenes: 'Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV' is an animated fantasy film based on the Final Fantasy video game franchise. The film depicts the events that take place in the kingdom of Lucis during the Prince's absence. The members of Kingsglaive are an elite team of royal guards tasked to protect King Regis of Lucis.
Story: The magical kingdom of Lucis is home to the hallowed Crystal, but the menacing empire of Niflheim will stop at nothing to make it theirs. War has raged between the two for as long as most can remember. King Regis of Lucis commands an elite force of soldiers dubbed the Kingsglaive. Wielding their king's magic, Nyx Ulric and his fellow glaives stand before the crown city of Insomnia, fighting to stay the inexorable advance of Niflheim's imperial army. Before the overwhelming military might of the empire, King Regis can only salvage his kingdom by accepting an ultimatum-he must cede all lands outside the crown city, and see his son, Prince Noctis, wed to Lady Lunafreya, the former princess of Tenebrae now captive of Niflheim. As the war of wills rages, the machinations of Niflheim transform Insomnia into an awe-inspiring battleground, pulling Nyx into a struggle for the very survival of the kingdom.
Likes : This film if you haven't already know is a prologue or prequel story to the final fantasy 7 game that being release by square enix, although im not happy with it which i will explain why i will give my throughs on this film.
The base of the story is actually good struggle between to faction who have wage war between each for years kingdom of Lucis & Niflheim, until a certain an agreement come up of cease fire but not is has all it seem's. Soon the kingdom of luicis see the real reason Niflheim cease fire it kingdom of lucis become a battle ground with elite force of soldiers dubbed the Kingsglaive. Wielding their king's magic that can teleport them at will during battle.
Seeing this on screen was actually a awesome ability throw the blade & teleport where the blade is, you are given this throughout the film. It an epic story full of battle scene, betrayal one Kingsglaive. soidler which clear is the hero of the film stand alone to protect the princess Lunafreya Nox Fleuret voiced by Lena Headey out of the demon hands all because of one ring that lends them to the very magic the glaive have if they get their hand on it all is over the kingdom of lucis will fall.
Visual effect are flawless special with the C.G.I incredible art work has gone into this film to make it look stunning as well as entertaining & epic with sword battle scene demons fighting demons as will as amazing voice acting. This is something i would recommend watching if you intend on getting the game you will understand the story of the game better.
Dislikes : Right dislike are pure on the game itself, im sure new age gamer will love the new style of action game they've turn final fantasy into but sadly just because the film is good doesn't mean im gonna rush out & buy the game.
Several reason why is because final fantasy has never been an action RPG its always been a turn based game , to turn it into a action was the first insult to fans but then to say it going to be an episodic game was an even futher insult to gamer as they would have to buy four separate disc at the same price or DLC's just to complete the game's story this sadly is nothing im interesting in as it just milking money out of players square enix should know better because they are becoming like komani .
Overall : Great animation , good epic story worth watching it you intend on getting the game.
Rating: 5 out of 5 for entertainment / 8 out of 10 for concept.
