Story: An epic adventure set in the last Ice Age, ALPHA tells a fascinating, visually stunning story that shines a light on the origins of man's best friend. While on his first hunt with his tribe's most elite group, a young man is injured and must learn to survive alone in the wilderness. Reluctantly taming a lone wolf abandoned by its pack, the pair learns to rely on each other and become unlikely allies, enduring countless dangers and overwhelming odds in order to find their way home before winter arrives.
Likes: WOW ive been waiting to see this film for a long time finally I got to watch it and damn this film just blow me away on just how beautiful and emotional this film truly is, especial with the story as well as this just isnt an adventure film its emotional journey or two hearts.
The main focus of this film isnt about the adventure par say it more of a story about two heart and the courage to keep going no matter the odds, with the age-old fable of a bond between man and beast. The main focus is on the character who during hunt something happens which leave the rest of the hunter thinking he died, He left alone to survive against all odds
Along the journey to get back home he bonds a friendship with an alpha wolf that will last a lifetime, it becomes a bond so unbreakable it becomes an emotional journey throughout the film especial the surprise ending that will have you in tears.
Alpha is a Native America Language film by Sony and Columbia with subtitles, which im kind of glad they didn't dub it this time because it would have ruined the experience of this film if you havent watched this film yet I highly recommend watching it especially if you love wolves.
Dislikes: The only thing I found off about the film is what they were wearing, for that period of time, the clothe did look a bit too modern and less tribal
Overall: Beautiful and amazing film, well written, beautiful journey or courage and friendship
Rating: 5 out of 5 for Entertainment / 9 out of 10 for story

Sex & Nudity:
- None
Violence & Gore:
- We later see their corpses as the hunters butcher them and pack the meat.
- Keda manages to hang on to a rock instead of tumbling to the valley floor below but loses his grip, painfully bounces off a few jutting stones and finally lands on a ledge, bloody and unconscious.
- Indeed, one teen-a newcomer, like Keda-is snatched by a sabre-toothed cat and apparently killed offscreen. (The entire attack takes place in shadows, but it's pretty jarring nonetheless.)
- Keda and Alpha hunt and kill boar, rabbits and fish.
- They snack on live maggots, too. (Keda also puts a few of them on a wound Alpha has suffered, in order to clean it.)
- Earlier in the film, he refuses to kill an injured boar when he's hunting with his tribe, forcing someone else to do it.
- We see bloodstains on snow.
- A frozen corpse of a man still sits outside his hut, and the tribe passes the partially-eaten remains of a mammoth. (Later, the mammoth is completely skeletonized.)
- After they carve suitable spear points (one of which slices Tau's thumb), the successful hunt initiates are beaten mightily by their peers as part of the initiation ceremony.
- "Pain will journey with us," Tau intones before the beating takes place.
- A herd of bison are driven off a cliff. The entire scene shows an incredible amount of unjustified cruelty.
- Very few humans are hurt, so the rating is Mild; but many animals suffer a lot of violence, so for them, the rating would be Severe.
Profanity:
- None.
Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking:
- None.
Frightening/Intense Scenes:
- Some pretty intense moments with the wolves and trying to survive
