Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.

Sex & Nudity: Woman in her bra sat on a bed.

Violence & Gore: The portrayal of infliction of pain and injuries is depicted with some detail of blood and gore, but is never prolonged or frequent.

The film is peppered throughout with scenes of violence, many involving characters exchanging blows in close combat. Most of the scenes are depicted without strong detail.

However, some of the stronger scenes show the characters being shot with blood spurting.

There is also a scene where a character is seen being choked with a water hose, as well as a character's limbs being broken one by one slowly before he dies from a broken neck.

Such scenes would be more appropriate for an older teen audience.

Profanity:  Strong language

Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: none

Frightening/Intense Scenes:  'Jack Reacher: Never Go Back' is a sequel to the 2012 action-thriller, and is set four years after the events of the first film. Ex-Army investigator Jack Reacher breaks his friend, Major Turner, out of military prison and helps her investigate an arms smuggling conspiracy that involves the higher levels of the US military.

Story: Jack Reacher must uncover the truth behind a major government conspiracy in order to clear his name. On the run as a fugitive from the law, Reacher uncovers a potential secret from his past that could change his life forever.

Likes : After a strong first film what went wrong two thing come to mind changing directors which is whats happened here , not saying this film was bad but it was no where near as good as the first film. Let's be fair, it's isn't a bad film , it's just very middle of the road. For me the main problem is as ive said the director change - Zwick has made some great movies in the past (Glory, Blood Diamond, The Last Samurai), but he's just not good with action film-making as McQuarrie. So, all the cheesy bits of writing feel tacky, misjudged and amateur, instead of tongue-in-cheek and fun.

Tom cruise is brilliant as always like it was in the first film, but the on screen chemistry between him and Cobie Smulders was a little off at time, although the action scene were good in places the story just lack the edge the first film had which is a shame.

Smulders also does fairly well with her character, though it's fair to say she's massively underwritten in her character scripting as the good soldier who wants justice for her murdered men and ends up being a mother figure which didn't really work for the film. Even Yarosh isn't too bad as the problematic youth, though sometimes it was hard to take her seriously when she was being a feisty teen.

I came away from this film thinking is that it , there just isn't any moments in this film that are memorable like the first film i kind of did come away disappointed with this sequel cant help think this could of been done better.

Dislikes : So many missed opportunity in the story script with mystery or suspense it just lacks this as well as certain character scripts were poorly written, not that the film isn't good its just not as good as the first jack reacher film.

Overall : Good action scene, lack in mystery & suspense , good acting from tom cruise.
