Parents advised to read before viewing film as some scene may contain scenes unsuitable for younger viewers.
Sex & Nudity: The film contains a high level of sexual content, including two sexual scenes, a scene featuring male bottom nudity, and numerous sexual references. In both sexual scenes, a couple has sex in various positions, with the sexual activity occurring onscreen for some time with minimal nudity shown. Separately, male bottom nudity is featured during a sequence where a male protagonist is dancing onstage. At the end, he exposes himself to the audience and a close shot of his testicles is shown.
In addition, there are numerous sexual references throughout the film, both visual and sexual. A recurring joke in the film centers on the couples young daughter mistaking her mothers dildo for a toy and refusing to put it down. Also, there are several party scenes depicting suggestive activities and highly sexualised images, such as a wet t-shirt contest, a neon sign in the shape of a penis, and so on.
Violence & Gore: Man being throw at a garage door fast
Profanity: There is frequent strong language ('motherf**ker' and 'f**k'), much of it used for comic effect but some also spoken in an aggressive manner. Seth Rogen's character utters "Jesus fucking Christ" after a clown laughs at him.
Alcohol/Drugs/Smoking: The film features depictions of drug use throughout the film, including scenes where characters are seen smoking joints and using glass bongs, including a group of girls setting themselves up as the purveyors of marijuana and also shown smoking the drug on regular occasions.
Frightening/Intense Scenes: In this comedy sequel, Neighbours 2: Sorority Rising, Mac and Kelly are now expecting their second child and have sold their home. However, during the 30-day escrow period when the buyers can drop by anytime to inspect the house, a sorority moves in next door. The girls prove to be wilder than the previous fraternity house, and Mac and Kelly are forced to team up with their former enemy, Teddy, to eradicate their new neighbours.
MPAA Rating: R for crude sexual content including brief graphic nudity, language throughout, drug use and teen partying.
